Do we ship worldwide?

No. We only ship within Germany.

How much are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping throughout Germany.

Do you accept returns?
You have the right to return your items within 30 days of delivery. For more information, see our Return and Refund Policy .

Do you accept returns for non-defective products?
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products on condition that they comply with our Return and Refund Policy. However, you do not usually have to return defective products. We will replace them free of charge. The same applies to incorrectly delivered items.

You only bear the cost of returning non-defective products. That is, products that you no longer want for any personal reason.

Do you accept exchanges?
No. 

How much time do I have if I want to return an order?
Our store offers a 30-day period in which customers can request a return, and of course, they will receive a refund. The only condition is that the order meets the terms and conditions stated in the return and refund policy

What options do we offer for the return process?
The only option we currently accept for returns is by mail.

Do we offer return labels?
Unfortunately, no. The return label is the customer's responsibility.

Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge you a restocking fee when you return an order.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
It usually takes 14 days at the most.
